Your safety comes before the conversation

You can leave any circle at any time. Togethium is a peer-sharing service—not therapy, medical care, crisis response, or an emergency service.

Immediate danger: call 911

If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, call 911 or contact local emergency services now. Do not wait for a Togethium response.

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free, confidential, 24/7 support across the United States and its territories. You do not have to be suicidal to contact 988.

Adults only: age 18 and older

Togethium is only for adults age 18 or older. People younger than 18 may not create an account or participate in a Togethium circle.

  • Do not let anyone under 18 use your account or listen to a circle through your device.
  • If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict or remove it.

Before joining a circle

  • Choose a private place where others cannot overhear your circle.
  • Use headphones when possible and keep your device physically secure.
  • Plan to avoid sharing information that identifies you or another person.
  • Check that you can leave the session quickly if you become uncomfortable.
  • If you need clinical, medical, legal, or crisis support, contact a qualified provider instead of relying on a peer circle.

  • Leave immediately if you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or pressured.
  • Use Skip when continuing a sharing turn feels difficult, triggering, or unsafe.
  • Do not confront or investigate a threatening participant yourself.
  • Do not follow another participant’s instructions to send money, share credentials, install software, or talk privately. .
