Include the email address on your account, your device platform, the app version if known, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are useful only if they do not expose another person’s private information.

We respond as reasonably practicable, but do not promise an immediate or around-the-clock response. For urgent danger or crisis support, use the options below.

In the United States and its territories, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day. You do not have to be suicidal to contact 988.

Togethium is peer support, not therapy, medical care, professional counseling, a crisis line, or an emergency service. See our Safety page.

• Confirm you are using the same email address used to create the account.
• Check spam or junk folders for authentication messages.
• Never send us your password or a one-time verification code.
• For suspected unauthorized access, use the subject “[Togethium Account Security]” and contact us promptly.

If your account is permanently banned, you may request one review by emailing from the address associated with the account. Explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Do not create a new account to evade the ban.

An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. We may be unable to disclose confidential reports, another user’s information, or internal safety methods.

Signed-in users can request deletion from Settings in the Togethium app. If you cannot access the app, use the alternative email process described in our account-deletion instructions.

If you believe you found a vulnerability or unauthorized access, do not exploit it, access another person’s data, disrupt the Service, or publicly disclose details before we can investigate. Send a concise description, affected URL or app area, reproduction steps, and impact.
